Had a fantastic experience with BPP! It’s been almost 1 year from our dig date and we could not be happier about our pool build! 7 weeks from dig to fill day (Jan-Mar), our HOA took longer to give us the ok than it did for them to build the pool. Scott (the owner) gave us a more than fair price and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and more! You can get as many or little features you like to suit your budget. I really wanted a rock water feature but didn’t want to take too much width from the pool (due to our easement). Scott promised he’d get it done, where other builders denied us, and he did just that. Tena was super helpful in any hiccups that arose by getting me an answer, or the issue addressed, in a more than timely manner. She was always available during and after the build to answer any questions we had which we really appreciated. We read reviews on other pool builders that would ghost you as soon as they were done with the build but this definitely wasn’t the case with BPP!

It’s been about 2 years since they installed our pool and we are still in love with it. Sarah and Tina have been very helpful in educating us on how to care for our pool. It’s been 2 years and we can still call and they will help us with any pool care guidance or needs.

Where to start? Our experience with Backyard Paradise Pools has been nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning which was 3 years ago, Scott and his team have been great to work with. Starting with designing our pool, Scott listened to what we wanted and came up with options to work for us both in what we wanted in a pool and what was budgeted for us as well. When it finally came to the dig and construction process, the entire crew worked fast and diligently. They worked around the weather and still had the project complete in just 13 days from start to finish. After the pool was full, Scott took time out of his weekend to come and give us a full run down on how to operate all the equipment.

Now it's been almost 3 years and we wouldn't change the decision to put in a pool or to have Backyard Paradise be the company to do it for us. Anytime issues, questions or concerns have come up, the team at Backyard has made sure to get things taken care of in a timely manner each time. Our entire family has been loyal customers to Backyard and they have now installed at least 4 different pools for us. We will definitely recommend Backyard Paradise Pools to anyone looking to build a brand new pool or to service an existing one.

Backyard Paradise has built not one, but two pools for our family. We gave Scott free rein on our first pool and his design with the infinity edge and huge boulders brought folks on the lake to detour on their boats for a closer look. Our second pool is just as beautiful with the slide and rocks. We are very happy with our experience. Regina is always helpful & Melba is knowledgeable & willing to go the extra mile. Customers love her so much that sometimes her schedule falls behind. But know that once Melba arrives she is going to take care of any concerns & questions.
